The fitness & wellness club for the woman you’re becoming
Your best era
starts here.
Glute-led programmes, Pilates and strength. Nutrition, recovery and progress. A coach who actually knows you — your energy, your week — and a cycle calendar that stays private to you. One calm, premium app, built in the UK.
First in when the doors open. One email, no spam. How we use your email.

What’s inside
Everything a good club would give you. Nothing you don’t need.
Not a workout tracker. A whole routine — training, food, sleep, steps, your cycle and how you actually feel — designed to make you more consistent, not more obsessive.
Train
Eight programmes — Grow, Sculpt, Lean, Pilates, Begin, Strong, Home, Express — built session by session from a 2,000-exercise library. Glute-led lower body, toned upper body. Rest timers, progression prompts and PBs, done for you.
Nourish
Snap a plate, scan a barcode or just type it. Protein, calories and macros without the spreadsheet — plus a quality score so you know what you’re really eating.
Recover
Sleep, water, steps and energy in one glance, plus where you are in your cycle explained in plain English. When your body shifts, your suggestions shift with it.
Track
Body weight trend, measurements, strength bests, a twelve-week consistency map and progress photos with a before-and-now slider.
Become
Daily habits with tasteful streaks, a readiness score and a weekly ring. Small numbers, moving the right way. That’s all it takes.
Mind
Your own affirmations sent to your phone each morning, a vision board you build from your camera roll, a to-do list that reminds you, and a private journal your Coach reads to understand you.
Your Coach
A coach who actually knows you.
Ask it anything — training, food, sleep, your cycle, a bad day. It answers with your real numbers, remembers what you tell it, and can change things in the app for you.
- “Build me a plan for my goals” — a programme from the club library, saved to Train in seconds.
- Logs water, steps, sleep, meals and weight when you tell it to. Adds a to-do, saves an affirmation, jots a journal line. Swaps an exercise you don’t like.
- Point your camera at any gym machine and it tells you what it does and what to do on it.
- Calm, honest, no judgement. Learns you quietly — never lectures.
Mind
The part most apps skip.
Bodies follow minds. So the club gives you four quiet tools for the inside — and your Coach reads them, so its advice fits your actual life.
Speak it into being.
Write the sentences you want to believe. One arrives on your phone each morning at the time you choose. Repeated calmly and often, they stop feeling like wishes and start feeling like facts — your mind takes its cues from the words you use most.
See it before you live it.
Upload the life you’re building — physique, lifestyle, family, friends, places, mornings. Categorised, always a tap away. Your brain moves toward what it sees most.
Get it out of your head.
Small things, done. Add a time and your phone reminds you — meal prep, the early night, the session you keep skipping.
A few lines a day.
How you feel, what got in the way, what went right. Private to you — and read by your Coach, so it can tell when a week is heavy and adjust, instead of pushing.

For her. For him.
One club. Two voices.
Tell the club who you are and it changes its words, its goals and its suggestions — not its standards.

Quietly becoming her.
Glute-led lower body, toned upper body, Pilates and walking that count as training. Cycle-aware recovery. Goals like “grow my glutes” and “tone everything”. Calm, feminine, never childish.

Built over time.
Balanced physique — chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, core. Strength on the big lifts, lean and defined. Goals like “build muscle” and “get stronger”. Direct, no fluff, no shouting.
Programmes
Pick the one that sounds like you.
Every programme is built around you — glute-led, feminine, progressive. Your consultation picks one; you can change it any time.
Made to be screenshotted
Progress you’ll actually look at.
Small numbers, moving the right way.

Quietly becoming her
Weight trend, measurements, strength bests and a twelve-week consistency map, plus a before-and-now photo slider. Front, side, back.

Strength suits you
Every session loaded and timed. Progression prompts tell you when to add weight. PBs tracked without the spreadsheet.

Live with intention
Steps, water, sleep and energy in four calm tiles. Cycle phase explained in plain English, never as medical advice.

Fuel the woman you’re becoming
Protein ring, macros, water and quick-adds. Snap, scan or type a meal and Coach reads the rest.
How it works
Three steps. Then it just runs.
A two-minute consultation
Your goal, where you train, how many days, how long, how you like to eat. The club speaks to you, not at you.
Your programme, ready today
A programme is chosen for you and every session is loaded into Train — sets, reps, rest, video slots. Change it whenever you like.
Track, adjust, become
Log as you go. Coach spots what’s working, nudges what isn’t, and grows the plan with you. Small numbers, heading the right way.

Questions
Good to know.
Why Actiiv Club and not the apps I already use?
Because each of those apps knows one thing about you. A scanner like Yuka knows what’s in your food. MyFitnessPal knows your calories. A lifting app knows your sets. Flo knows your cycle. None of them talk to each other, so none of them can tell you why this week felt heavy or what to change tomorrow.
Actiiv Club puts training, food, sleep, steps, weight, your cycle and your mind in one place, and your Coach reads all of it. So when you ask “should I train today?”, it answers with your actual sleep, your actual week and your actual programme, not a generic tip. It knows you slept five hours, that your protein has been low since Tuesday, and that you wrote in your journal that evenings are the hard part. That is the difference between an app that tracks you and a club that understands you.
I’m a complete beginner. Will I be lost?
No. Begin is built for exactly that: eight weeks, machine-led, six exercises a session, a video for every one. Point your camera at any machine in the gym and Coach tells you what it is and how to set it up. Nobody around you needs to know it’s your first week.
What if I only have 20 minutes?
Then you do 20 minutes. Express is four 20-minute sessions, Home needs a pair of dumbbells and a band, and Pilates is a mat on the floor. On the day life wins, tell Coach — it swaps today’s session for something shorter instead of letting you skip it.
Is the Coach just ChatGPT?
No. A chatbot gives everyone the same answer. Coach has your programme, your lifts, your sleep, your food, your weight trend and your journal, remembers what you tell it, and can change things in the app for you — log a meal, swap an exercise, build a plan, set a reminder. Ask it why your weight hasn’t moved and it answers from your numbers, not the internet’s.
I’ve started and quit before. Why would this be different?
Because most people don’t fail on effort, they fail on consistency, so the club is built around that instead of intensity. A programme that fits your week. Habits that take seconds. A weekly ring you’ll want to close. An affirmation on your phone each morning. And a Coach that notices when a week is heavy and adjusts, rather than pushing. Small numbers, moving the right way.
Do I have to count calories?
Only if you want to. Snap a plate, scan a barcode or type “chicken, rice, greens” and Coach fills in the protein, calories and macros. Or choose intuitive eating in your consultation and the club focuses on protein and habits instead of numbers. No spreadsheet, no obsessing.
Is it for women or men?
Both. Tell the club who you are in the two-minute consultation and it adapts — the wording, the goal options, the programme it recommends and what Coach suggests. Women get glute-led programmes and cycle awareness; men get balanced-physique programmes and strength on the big lifts. Same app, same standards.
Do I need a gym?
No. Home and Pilates are built for a bedroom floor with a pair of dumbbells and a band. Begin is machine-led for your first weeks in a gym. Express is 20 minutes anywhere.
Is it an app I download?
There’s nothing to download. When we open, you’ll get a link that adds Actiiv to your home screen — it runs full-screen like a native app, and your account syncs across your devices.
What does it cost?
£6.99 a month — £1.61 a week — or £59 a year, which works out at £1.13 a week. That is the founding price for the people on the list, and it stays that way for as long as you stay a member. It goes to £12.99 a month when we open to everyone. One price, everything included, cancel any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in two taps inside the app. No email, no phone call, no “are you sure” chain. One thing worth knowing: the founding price only stays yours while you stay a member. Leave and come back later and you pay whatever the price is then.
